Oklahoma Student Preparation
College readiness is more than academic preparation. The aspirations of students and their families to achieve a college degree require guidance and support beginning at an early age, not just the senior year of high school. The Student Preparation Office of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education helps PK-12 educators and parents effectively prepare students for college readiness. Through online resources, regional workshops, on-site training and conferences, the student preparation team provides educators, parents and students with the resources necessary to ensure all Oklahoma students and their families are college ready.

2023 Student Preparation Summer Institute
Please join the Student Preparation Team and other educators from all over the great state of Oklahoma to collaborate with one another and share best practices at Shangri-La Resort! This event is for PK-12 counselors, administrators, coordinators and directors.
Our Student Preparation Summer Institute will begin Monday, June 12 and conclude Wednesday, June 14.
Early bird registration fee is $350 and ends at 5 p.m., April 21, 2023. Registration after April 21 is $355. Registration deadline is April 28, 2023.
Registration fee includes six meals and two nights lodging.
We accept POs, personal checks and credit cards. You will need a PO/check/credit card number in order to register. This event provides for a 100% refund should the event be canceled by OSRHE.
