The Productivity Reports describe the five-year history of headcount enrollment and degrees conferred for degree programs currently approved by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. They also show similar data as reported by private institutions.

The Low Productivity Reports describe the five-year history of headcount enrollment and degrees conferred for degree programs currently approved by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education that do not meet the policy minimum requirements for enrollment and/or graduates. The Academic Program Review policy , Section 3.7.5, stipulates that degree programs must meet a minimum number of enrollments and graduates per year averaged over a five-year period, based on the degree level of the program. By policy, programs may be triggered for early review if they do not meet the policy minimums.

The Degree Program Inventory is the full listing of academic programs approved by the Oklahoma State Regents to be offered at a State System Institution. When using this site, only active programs will be displayed. To search all programs (active and deleted) that the institution has ever offered, select the ''Include Deleted Programs'' box.

The Degree Option Inventory is a current listing of all academic programs and options associated with those programs. Options are defined as aggregations of courses under an umbrella degree program that reflects a subset of the larger discipline and will usually share a common core (approximately 50%) of course requirements, as well as having objectives consistent with the objectives of the larger degree program.

The Degree Program Review Schedule is a listing of each academic program offered at each institution and the dates of that program's last review and next scheduled review. Degree programs are required to be reviewed every five years, unless the program achieves a specialty accreditation status with different review terms.
