Sharon called the meeting to order at 1 p.m. at Langston University – Oklahoma City. No minutes from the previous meeting were available. Reception was not available for some sites.

State Regents Report
Phil reported that the PsycINFO renewal is here with the average cost increase being four percent. Private colleges need to notify Phil if they want to participate.

NewsBank renewal will be next.

Merlot International Conference is August 3-6. Proposals are being requested with a deadline of March 15. The web site is

Phil will invite the Vice Chancellor for Budget and Finance, Maryanne Maletz, to meet with us next time.

Dr. Bill McHenry, the new Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, will soon be at the OSRHE.

Old Business
QuestionPoint will be referred to a committee.

We thought that next year we should meet at 1:30 p.m. after Legislative Day, rather than 1 p.m. It’s just not quite enough time.

New Business
A dinner honoring Dr. Ed Johnson will be at OLA on Wednesday, April 14. Bring a fly to add to Ed’s fishing vest. The dinner will be at Mexicali Border. We’ll meet in the lower lobby of the Adams Mark at 5:30 p.m.

Oklahoman Archives had mixed reviews. Users thought it was easy to search, but the resolution was poor, when printed.

The regional library meeting will be at Cameron University on Tuesday, March 23, at 4 p.m.

The Oklahoma Technology Association Conference is at the Cox Center on March 23 and 24.
