State universities and colleges are responsible for maintaining official student academic records, including official transcripts. To obtain official transcripts, contact the colleges and universities directly or e-mail gwekke@osrhe.edu.
To obtain transcripts and other information from closed Oklahoma institutions/schools, refer to the list below. This list was developed to assist students and others requesting transcripts and other information about closed institutions.
