Get Your Past Transcripts
It may have been awhile since you’ve attended college. Or maybe you can’t remember how many classes you took before you left school.
No problem. You can obtain transcripts from colleges or universities you've attended. The requests are typically free. And, to help you, we have provided a transcript request form (PDF, 33k). All you need to do is fill in your information, sign it* and mail it to your former school.
*Transcript requests MUST have a signature.
