Dr. Fidelis Ossom is a dedicated professional with more than 10 years experience in for-profit and non-profit organizational management and consulting. He innovated, funded and managed his own non-profit organization for seven years and has been an assistant professor of business administration at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, since January 2001. He is also an adjunct faculty member teaching management at Bacone College since 2002. He has international and domestic experience in motivational seminars, consulting, teaching and training of business professionals. His area of expertise involves using training and education to promote learning, performance, leadership, ethics and the management of change and diversity. His publications are in the areas of organizational behavior, human resource management and learning.
Ossom holds a bachelor's degree in telecommunications from Oral Roberts University, a master's degree in business management from Southern Nazarene University and a doctorate degree in occupational and adult education with a minor in human resource development from Oklahoma State University. Post-doctoral work includes a certificate as a human resource learning and performance manager from OSU. A second certificate was from a graduate diploma in organizational and human resource management. Additional education and associations are a two-year ministerial education at Rhema Bible Training Center and another two-year seminary at Word of Life School. He is an ordained and licensed member of the clergy.
