Barbara E. Fuller has been an instructor in the College of Education at Northeastern State University since the fall of 2002, teaching both face-to-face and online classes. She received her M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction from the University of Arkansas and is currently working on her Ph.D in instructional design for online learning. Her research interests include designing online instruction to meet the needs of all learners, diversity issues in education and enhancing learning environments.
