Arun S. Tilak has been the assistant director of the Center of Emerging Technology and Entrepreneurial Studies at Cameron University since August 2005. As assistant director, Tilak coordinated operations of the new business incubator and day-to-day responsibilities involve assisting entrepreneurs with business plans and networking opportunities. Duties also include identifying and effectively utilizing cross disciplinary resources available in the University to assist entrepreneurs.
Previously, Tilak was a financial consultant at A.G. Edwards and Sons, and prior to that, he was the director of Credo Consultancy Services, a consultancy firm specializing in identifying and development employee/managerial competencies based in India.
Tilak holds a master’s degree in management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University, India, and a bachelor’s degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India.
