Dr. Jeff Lowenthal is an assistant professor of entrepreneurial and management studies at Northeastern State University since 2005. Prior to NSU, he taught at a variety of universities across the United States, including the Detroit College of Business, the University of Toledo and Penn State Harrisburg. Lowenthal has more than 25 years of business and industry experience – having founded and harvested four companies, several having more than 100 employees each and generating more than $14.2 million in annual revenue.
Lowenthal has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial and educational psychology from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. from the University of Toledo. He has post-studies in law from the Detroit College of Law. Areas of teaching include entrepreneurship, new venture creation, operations management and statistics.
