Frank (Howard) Kuchta has been an adjunct with the Cameron University Educational Leadership Program since January 2006.
Kuchta retired from Lawton Public Schools in 1998 after 34 years of teaching and central office Administration. He is a 1961 graduate of Oklahoma State University and has advanced degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
Kuchta is married to Anna Claire Kuchta (Swanson), who also retired from Lawton Public Schools in 1998. He has been a resident of Lawton since 1964.
