Part II, Chapter 5 covers the policy and procedures pertaining to the strategic and tactical planning at the State System level. Other policy and procedural information relates to gathering and compiling of data and information used for planning and administration of higher education, and to carry out research activities and projects designed to culminate in the State Regents' adoption of new or revised public policy for Oklahoma higher education.
