TCC offers free tuition to concurrently enrolled high school students Using the new Attend College Early (ACE) program and beginning in the Spring 2005 Semester, Tulsa Community College will offer free tuition to high school students concurrently enrolled in up to six TCC credit hours per semester. Concurrently enrolled students will still pay TCC fees for application, student identification cards, student services, technology and library services. High school students eligible for concurrent enrollment are eligible for TCC ACE Tuition Waiver Scholarships, which will be awarded on a first-come, first serve basis as funds are available. Junior or senior students in high school will be admitted to the ACE program in accordance with the criteria established by the Oklahoma State Regents that rely on scores from the American College Test or Scholastic Aptitude Test and cumulative high school grade point average.
