OSU Rated High for “Return-on-Education”

Oklahoma State University has been rated among 200 colleges nationally for its “return-on-education,” which includes everything from excellent academics, financial aid, alumni salaries and job satisfaction.

“We use 40 weighted data points to develop a unique "Return-on Education" (ROE) rating to winnow our list to the 200 colleges,” said Robert Franek, senior vice president and publisher with The Princeton Review. “We salute and highly recommend OSU and the others on the list for delivering outstanding academics while offering generous financial aid and charging a relatively low cost of attendance. Plus, their students graduate with great career prospects.”

The Princeton Review, an education services company, based its ROE rating on data it collected in 2013-14 from its own surveys of administrators and students at 650 colleges, plus surveys conducted by PayScale.com through April 2014 of alumni from the same schools.

OSU and the other schools are profiled in the newly published book “Colleges That Pay You Back: The 200 Best Value Colleges and What It Takes to Get In - 2015 Edition.” The schools are also featured on the company’s website at http://www.princetonreview.com/colleges-pay-you-back.
