Local artist Kristopher Kanaly's graphic design has been selected as the
official 2003 AIDS Walk of Oklahoma design.
The AIDS Walk design competition included student entries from Oklahoma City Community College and Oklahoma City University. Kanaly's design depicts an abstract downtown Oklahoma City featuring the Myriad Botanical Gardens which is the site for the AIDS Walk on Sept. 27. The design will be used on the official 2003 AIDS Walk posters and T-shirts.
Kanaly, a recent graduate of Oklahoma City Community College, holds an associate degree in graphic design with a print emphasis. He received the Graphic Communications Academic Achievement Award for the 2002-03 school year.
He currently works for the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality as a graphic designer.
