University of Central Oklahoma student Phillip Williams shares a personal dream on the MLK Dream Wall in Central’s Nigh University Center. The dream wall was one of many ways students, faculty and staff remembered the legacy of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. during Central’s "King Week" of activities.
