“Crucial Communications” Seminar

University Center at Ponca City
Nov. 29, 2017

Dr. Bryan Edwards returns to the UC to teach, “Crucial Communications.” This seminar will share the eight-step process for how to communicate more effectively when emotions are involved and opinions vary.

The OSU professional development seminars are a project of the University Center to provide higher education opportunities for the citizens of North Central Oklahoma.

The OSU programs have had more than 100 individuals attend over the past year. Program participants represent a wide cross section of businesses in the area.

Individuals have registered and attended from Oklahoma City at the University Center at Ponca City. All of the OSU seminars are hosted at the University Center and bring experts with the latest knowledge in professional business skills to Ponca City.

Information is provided in short, intensive, one-day seminars in which participants can apply their newly acquired knowledge immediately in the work place. Individuals interested in attending can call the University Center at Ponca City 580-718-5600 for more information.
