Southeastern Oklahoma State University’s 16th annual Presidential Golf Classic will tee off at 8:30 a.m. Friday, June 14, at Chickasaw Pointe Golf Club.

Some 140 golfers from around Oklahoma and surrounding states will enjoy a day of golf on a beautiful, well-maintained course overlooking Lake Texoma.

The six-person scramble starts with registration at 7:30 a.m. when the practice range opens. A continental breakfast will available at 8 a.m. and a shotgun start will get the action under way at 8:30 a.m.

The tournament fee is $125 per player and includes a registration gift, chances for hole-in-one prizes, green fees, cart, food and drinks.

There is also breakfast, lunch served on the course and the post-tournament meal immediately following the golf at approximately 2 p.m. The meal will feature the awards ceremony and conclude the festivities.

Prizes will be awarded to first-, second-, and third-place teams, and names of the winning team’s members will be added to the President’s Cup trophy.

There are also prizes for closest-to-the-hole and longest drive for both men and women.
