The Rose State College Theatre Department will present "The Glass Menagerie," the second production of the 2002-03 season, on November 14, 15, 16, 21, 22 and 23 in the H.B. Atkinson Theatre on campus. The play, written by Tennessee Williams and directed by RSC Theatre Professor Rebecca Thrash, premiered in 1945 and is revered as a masterwork of modern theatre and was the first play to firmly establish Williams as a major new playwright and Broadway success. Matinee performances will be held Friday, Nov. 15 at noon and Friday, Nov. 22 at 1 p.m. All evening performances take place at 8 p.m. General admission is $3; admission is free to RSC students, employees and senior citizens. Dinner Theatre is scheduled for the November 14 production at 6:30 p.m. and includes a hand-served meal, live dinner entertainment, one theatre ticket, sales tax and gratuity.
