| EVENT: OKCCC welcomes the Moscow Boys Choir
The Moscow Boys Choir will perform on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 7 p.m. The performance is a part of the 2003-04 Cultural Awareness Series. This choir provides a blend of soprano voices with the addition of the rich resonance of bass, tenor, and baritone voices that bring a distinct Russian flavor to the choral experience. Founded in 1957, this choral ensemble is among Russia's most prestigious all-boy choirs. Handpicked from over 400 students at their school in Moscow, the talented boys have toured Russia, Europe and the United States. The performance will be held in the college theater. Tickets are $15 for general admission and $12 for students and seniors. Support for the 2003-2004 Cultural Awareness Series has been provided by the Oklahoma Arts Council, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Heartland Arts Fund, the da Vinci Institute, and the Oklahoma Israeli Exchange.
