EVENT: Global Oklahoma

Rose State College will celebrate the world's cultures during the 15th annual Global Oklahoma festival, Saturday, Oct. 4 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sensational Sydney, the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef, the wilds of Kangaroo Island and much more will be highlighted, as Australia is this year's featured country.
Multicultural entertainers, artists and exhibitors representing more than 20 countries and cultures are expected to participate in the festival. The Rose State campus will be transformed into a global village, with live entertainment, school displays, educational exhibits, a children's tent, food court and multicultural arts and crafts. In addition, two children's art contests will be held.
