Star Party
DATE: October 4, 2003
The Northern Oklahoma College Enid Astronomy Department will manage a Star Party to introduce the public to the Gloss Mountain Conservancy Recreation Center and the planned astronomy center Oct. 4. A cookout at 5 p.m. will precede the viewing of Mars, the moon and other objects in the night sky through telescopes provided by NOC. Glass (Gloss) Mountains
State Park is located in northwest Oklahoma just off U.S. Highway 412 west-northwest of Fairview south of the Cimarron Rive.
