EVENT: Studio Mid-Del Faculty Art Exhibit
Various works of art by local artists who have conducted workshops and art classes at Studio Mid-Del will be on display in the Rose State College Communications Center lobby, weekdays, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. through June 30. Participating artists include Debbie Sowell of Choctaw, Marilyn Logue of Del City, Judith Vice of Edmond and Jane Johnson of Moore. Also Marty Baldwin, Kate Blalack, Adrienne Day and Kimberlea Springer, all of Norman; and Tony Dyke, Megan Edstrom, Ashley Hensley, Leslie Johnson, Debbie Langston, Rebecca Lowber-Collins, Susan Morrison, Patrick Riley and Maria Elena Ruffin, all of Oklahoma City. Studio Mid-Del, a non-profit organization, provides fine arts instruction to people of all ages in eastern Oklahoma County. A variety of visual arts and performance classes are held throughout the year, as well as fall break, spring break and summer camps. The studio is temporarily housed at 5900 Short Street in Midwest City. The exhibit is part of the Rose State Visual Arts Series and is free and open to the public.
