EVENT: Redbud Jazz Festival
DATE: 7:30 p.m., April 4

Saxophonist Lew Tenackin, a world-wide fixture on the jazz scene, will headline the Redbud Jazz Festival concert April 4 at Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa. Two high school jazz bands and the Northern Jazz Band will open the concert at 7:30 p.m. in the Northern Performing Arts Center on the Tonkawa campus, 1220 East Grand. The Redbud Jazz Orchestra, composed of festival clinicians and area high school band directors, will back the headliner and other guest artists. General admission is $7.50.
