EVENT: “We Are Who We Were” National Exhibit featured at OSU-OKC
OSU-Oklahoma City invites the public to visit “We Are Who We Were,” an interactive exhibit offering artifacts, tribal music, photographic images, Indian art and oral histories from the tribes of Oklahoma, on loan from the Oklahoma Museum of History of the Oklahoma Historical Society. The free exhibit can be viewed until April 6, at the OSU-OKC Learning Resource Center, third floor library. The library is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday, 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Representing all 39 American Indian tribes currently associated with Oklahoma, the unique, interactive exhibit allows visitors to explore the traditional historic past of Oklahoma’s native peoples and experience contemporary Indian cultures.
