Tired of the winter? Have some “midsummer” instead when the Rose State College Theatre Department presents William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” Friday and Sat., Feb. 19 and 20 at 7:30 p.m.; matinee at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 21, all at the H. B. Atkinson Theatre on the Rose State campus.
Occasionally referred to as Shakespeare’s perfect play, A Midsummer Night’s Dream delights audiences with some of The Bard’s most memorable and engaging characters—Puck and Bottom—as well as royal fairies and desperate young lovers.
