EVENT: Rose State to host student inventors fair Teachers from across the state are invited to enter their students in the 2006 Oklahoma Student Inventors Exposition. The Exposition will be held at the Rose State College Communications Center, I-40 and Hudiburg Drive in Midwest City on Feb. 21, 2006. Students in grades K-12 will compete in five categories. Judges will select one grand prize winner, two division winners and one first-fifth place winner in each category. Julian Taylor, president of the Oklahoma Student Inventors Exposition, will deliver the welcome address. “New and special awards have been added to this year’s exposition,” said Betty Wright, exposition coordinator. “Many of our judges are Rose State professors and airmen/women from Tinker Air Force Base.” Judging forms are due by Feb. 10, 2006, and may be sent to 3804 Larkwood Dr., Del City, Okla., 73115.
