On Oct. 31 ECU graduate student Samantha Moreno was crowned Ms. Wheelchair Oklahoma 2010-11.
Moreno recently earned her Human Services Counseling degree at ECU.
She wants to assist individuals with impairments in the journey to independence by education and empowerment. She is also interested in starting a Power Soccer team for Oklahoma.
