Kids enrolled in the RSC Junior Chefs-Snack Attack camp taste their accomplishment. This camp teaches kids how to plan and prepare healthy snacks incorporating the 5 “P”’s of cooking: plan, purchase, prep, prepare and post.
Enrollment for the Rose State College Kids College summer youth program continues.
“The goal of the program is non competitive learning in areas of sports, performance arts and academics,” said Bret Wood, director of continuing education and community service. “During the summer we focus on education with a fun twist.”
This year’s Kids College program takes place now through July 27. All day camps include Basketball Camp, Soccer Camp, and All-Sports Camp, which range in price from $75 to $100 per week.
Mini-camps include Junior Chefs, Harry Potter, Fairy Tale Acting, First Aid/Wilderness Survival, Cheerleading, Tumbling, Young Ladies & Gentlemen, Leadership, and many more.
The cost for most mini-camps is $48 per week. Each camp is available to a specified age group, which may range between ages 5 to 15.
