For the second year in a row, Oklahoma Panhandle State University will be represented by both a men’s and women’s team at the Rose Bowl of Rodeo – the College Nationals Finals Rodeo to be held in Casper, Wyo. in June. The OPSU men’s rodeo team compiled a perfect 10-0 rodeo season during 2007-08, taking first place in the highly competitive Central Plains Region of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. The team placed first at every rodeo over the exhilarating season. The women’s team secured their spot after edging into second place following competition at the Southeastern Rodeo.
