TCC Gives First Look at Air Traffic Control Program and Training Facility
Every day more than 50,000 aircrafts are guided safely through the national airspace system. Northeastern State University Celebrates Founders Day Northeastern State University ushered in its second century with a ceremony commemorating Founders Day at the historic institution’s Centennial Plaza on Friday, March 6. Read more. RSU Celebrates Centennial With New Building, Fanfare Rogers State University celebrated its 100th birthday on March 25 – the date of its founding in 1909. The celebration featured the dedication and naming of a new centerpiece building on the Claremore campus, a parade down Will Rogers Boulevard and a presentation by CBS correspondent Jeff Greenfield. In the hallways of the Oklahoma State Capitol on Feb. 23, chatter didn’t focus on unemployment rates, real estate foreclosures, or the plight of our nation’s economy in general. Instead, noble topics addressing fuel efficiency, healthcare and sustainability took center stage as 19 undergraduate students from 12 Oklahoma universities presented their scholarly works during Research Day at the Capitol.
