Dr. Larry Rice named President of Rogers State University

Dr. Larry Rice – a lifelong educator, administrator at the University of Tulsa and former member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives – has been named President Designate at Rogers State University and will succeed RSU President Dr. Joe Wiley when he retires on June 30. Read more.
