What: The Research Day at the Capitol awards ceremony recognizes exceptional undergraduate student researchers from around the state who have presented poster summaries of their work at the event. First-, second- and third-place awards will be distributed in research intensive and regional and community college categories in addition to a grand prize.

Why: Research Day at the Capitol is a celebration of the exceptional undergraduate student research that is conducted on Oklahoma’s college campuses. It is an annual event sponsored by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, the Oklahoma Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (OK EPSCoR) and the National Science Foundation.
