Why: To discuss the priorities of the CLASS final report and provide updates on the progress made on CLASS recommendations.
Background: Gov. Henry created CLASS by an Executive Order in April 2007, following the Virginia Tech shootings. Henry extended the task force in February 2008 to continue to review and evaluate safety and security on higher education and career technology campuses.
