“This is a great day for Oklahoma . An important message has been sent to the business community and prospective students that this state recognizes the importance of investing in our campuses. I am very grateful for the leadership shown by Governor Brad Henry, Speaker Todd Hiett, Senate Pro-Tempore Mike Morgan and Senator Cal Hobson. After the Governor's signature, we will begin the process of creating on our campuses the kinds of powerful learning and research environments that will best benefit our students.”
