Johnson; TEDNA Executive Director Quinton Roman Nose; TEDNA President Gloria Sly; Phil Glover, founding director of the Sovereign Schools Project; Dwight Pickering, director of Indian education, Oklahoma State Department of Education; tribal education leaders; and the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education

Why: A memorandum of understanding is entered into between the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education and the Tribal Education Departments National Assembly to expand partnership efforts to support Tribal Education Departments and Tribal Education Agencies.
