Program Requirements

Participating Institutions

The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education and participating Oklahoma State System institutions have signed an Advanced Standing Agreement with the U.S. Navy to award college credits for specific technical education and training courses and job experience successfully completed while serving in the U.S. Navy.

These credits are combined with credits from a participating state system Oklahoma college or university or technology center and are applied toward an Associate of Applied Science degree.

Program participants pay in-state tuition plus applicable course fees. Participants may take traditional on campus or distance learning courses provided by participating Oklahoma colleges and universities to meet degree requirements. This benefit also extends to spouses and dependent children.
