Reservation deadline for lodging: Sept. 15, 2012. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on an available space or rate basis.

A credit card will be required to secure the reservation, but payment may be made with a purchase order or check. Purchase orders for lodging should be faxed to the hotel as close to the time of making the reservation as possible. Please include the lodging confirmation number on the purchase order.
Taxes will be waived if a copy of the institution’s tax-exempt letter from the Oklahoma Tax Commission is included and payment is made by purchase order, institution check or institution credit card.
