Fairview Public Schools is continuing its partnership with the Fairview Chamber of Commerce and Northwestern Oklahoma State University. They are using the $20,500 to implement the Advanced Science Institute and Ruby Payne’s aha! Process School Workshops. In addition, grant monies are being used to help the district launch a community-based mentor program and provide a new curriculum for seniors that includes ACT prep, resume building, job shadowing, career exploration, academic counseling, financial planning and college campus field days.
