Thackerville Public Schools received $20,500 to continue partnering with Southeastern Oklahoma State University for “College Bound.” They are implementing the Math and Science institutes and SREB’s Assessing Academic Rigor to Ensure Grade-Level Participation and College Readiness.

In addition, grant monies are being used to provide incentive programs for parents and students to help increase enrollment in Oklahoma’s Promise and attendance at parent-student workshops. Also, the grant monies are offsetting the costs of ACT prep materials and college campus tours.
