GEAR UP incentive grants are available to support community-based programs that promote enrollment in the Oklahoma’s Promise scholarship program and provide college aspiration activities for students and families.

CBO applicants may type their responses directly into the Microsoft Word application form provided and are urged to be concise.
Complete proposals (including taxpayer identification number) must be received by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education by Aug. 22, 2008. Earlier submission is acceptable and encouraged.
