Professional Development
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education support professional development that enhances student preparation. The State Regents provide FREE professional development programs to EPAS-participating schools. A staff of three K-12 specialists are available for onsite training in schools.
The EPAS specialists are available for general training sessions that offer assistance in interpretation of EXPLORE, PLAN and ACT results and supporting materials. The specialists are also available for core curriculum planning and alignment. Presentations may be designed for general audiences or specific areas, such as math, English, science, social studies and reading. EPAS specialists working in consultation with a local school will design a program that meets the school's needs.
