PASS Crosswalk - Science REasoning
Comparing the EPAS Standards for Transition to the Oklahoma Priority Academic Student Skills (PASS)
Findings
- The Science Curriculum Committee believes there to be consistency between the EPAS science reasoning standards and the Science PASS objectives.
- The committee found that the EPAS science reasoning standards matched with nearly all the PASS Science process and inquiry objectives from 7th grade to Physics, the exceptions being those PASS objectives related to safety and writing.
- No EPAS science reasoning standards were matched to the PASS science content objectives because the EPAS standards do not specifically address science content.
