Comparing the EPAS Standards for Transition to the Oklahoma Priority Academic Student Skills (PASS)
Findings
- The Mathematics Curriculum Committee believes there to be consistency between the EPAS Mathematics Standards for Transition and the PASS Mathematics objectives.
- The Mathematics Curriculum Committee believes that teachers teaching PASS to a high level of rigor should feel confident that most of the EPAS standards are also being addressed.
- The Mathematics Curriculum Committee found differences in wording and/or the lack of sample questions made it often difficult to determine a match.
