ACT
ACT - 11th and 12th Grade
The ACT is the 11th and 12th grade component of the Educational Planning and Assessment System. Benefits of the ACT assessment include the following:
- The ACT Assessment is curriculum based.
- ACT content and skills are closely aligned with state standards and National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) standards.
- The exam tests skills students should know and successfully perform in order to succeed in college.
- The ACT Assessment measures the overall outcomes of a student's high school education.
- Colleges use ACT assessment results to make admissions, guidance and placement decisions.

Scoring
- Four exam sections.
