Intellectual property rights are now of greater interest to
faculty and
institutions as changing technologies create new and unforeseen problems.
Many institutions have recently revised or are in the process of revising
policies on copyright and patents. New statutes have been written that will
impact patent development among Oklahoma institutions, if passed. Those
